Jolly July ornaments!

Good morning!

I finally got all the Jolly July ornaments stitched up and finished !

Jolly Claus and Merry Mrs. Claus will be out in paper chart in October!

Piper is so proud of her work as the new stylist for Stitching With The Housewives.. and at least now we don't have to be appalled when we see a dog hair on our stitching .. The stylist put it there ! LOL!

These are my set of ornaments and Chelsea's set of ornaments!

I did my Gingham Greetings 2 truck in Rain shower and also did not stitch the Tennessee Red Clay in the house leaving the black fabric showing through . ( Chelsea's Idea) so that gives you another idea to stitch the truck!

Mine are stitched on 28 count black evenweave .. using all Classic Colorworks .. I finished them on sticky board and used the red buffalo check from our Priscilla's Pretty Plaids collection

Hello Fall !

Happy Monday!

The Mason Jar chalkboard is full of Fall with the cutest scarecrow.. surrounded by corn and sunflowers!!

This chalkboard in a vintage frame hangs above the vintage buffet in the family room .

There is a tiered tray with all sorts of fall goodness!

Basic Witch .. What's In mY Cup

Good morning! Look what's in my cup! You can find the cutest upside down witch " Basic Witch "in our Etsy shop here !

We had a little photo shoot with the model for the stitching .. Piper ..

When we were interrupted by the Meanest Cat In America.. Calvin ! "what are you doing on MY table!"

"I'm the model this time buddy" .. "that's me in that cup "

"UGGGH"

Chelsea stitched the model on 28 count black evenweave with all Classic Colorworks floss..

Basic Witch was finished on a little cauldron Halloween piece from Walmart . Item # is on the chart .. I used 2 of our Priscilla's Pretty Plaids .. added some gingham ribbon to the top .. made a bow from plaid ribbon and added a candy corn .. super easy and cute!

Ghoul's Garland ... Housewives Halloween

Good morning!

This is Ghoul's Garland .. the last ornament in our first Housewives Halloween !

You can find it here in our Etsy shop!

Or is it the last ornament? :)

Here are all 4 of them together ! I love them and can't wait to put up the Halloween tree!

These are Kimberly's from The Fat Quarter Shop .. hers are stitched on 14 count Chalkboard Aida .. with the Classic Colorworks floss.. I finished them the same way but with no hanging ribbon since she wants them just to sit in a tiered tray or bowl .. They are all finished with Priscilla's Pretty Plaids fabric which is now available!

There is a special surprise ornament inside your Ghoul's garland to thank you for stitching Housewives Halloween with us! I have a friend 😊who needed a pug head for her special ornament and here it is for you to use too if you want to change yours!

Hey Pumpkin

Happy Tuesday friends!

This is Hey Pumpkin .. the stitch quarterly kit from Fat Quarter shop ...I think Cheryl at Fat Quarter shop stitched it and I had the opportunity to finish it!

The paddle is from Hobby Lobby ..it was sent by Kimberly a couple months ago when our Hobby Lobby was still closed .. it came painted with the grey and white stripes .. sorry I don't have the item #

To finish it I mounted it on sticky board with batting underneath . I added a row of Lady Dot creates mini pom poms around the edges. I used a green check fabric for the backing from Homestead Life fabrics ( Fat Quarter Shop) . I glued both pieces together and then glued them to the paddle . I made 2 bows of orange check ribbon and added a velvet pumpkin and a little wired vine behind the bow . I love how it turned out and it is perfect for the fall season!
