Sleigh Rides! Jolly Housewives

Happy Sunday! 

This is our 3rd year of "Jolly Housewives" with Fat Quarter shop!

 Our special "event " piece this year  is "Sleigh Rides" Available in pdf form  here

Do you remember this was the chalkboard that hung in my family room last Christmas season?

For finishing I used a countdown barn from Hobby Lobby .. all I did for finishing was add a backing sticky board covered in Chelsea's Checks.. glued the two pieces together and glued them to the barn .. The wreath was already on the barn .. I think this will be fabulous surrounded by evergreens and twinkle lights!

This is "Buffalo Plaid Christmas" and it's only available here at The Fat Quarter Shop as a PDF download! This is part of our "Jolly Housewives" that is our stitch a long with Kimberly at Fat Quarter shop for the month of December . 

all the details ... Stitched on 28 count black evenweave with all Classic Colorworks .. I added Priscilla's Pretty Plaids in red/black .. I added greenery picks .. ribbon and a Joy ornament from Hobby Lobby .. The frame comes with the wood bead handle..
