First up "Stand Tall Sunflower" ... this pretty piece will be one of your favorite stitches!

1 cup of baby spinach leaves ..remove stems
cherry or grape tomatoes.. I do about 20 of them cut in half
2 bags of dry Barilla Cheese tortellini (cook according to package directions) then rinse under cold water to stop the cooking They are 12 ounce bags if you cant find this brand you can use any other
1 can black olives drained
1 can artichoke hearts drained
1/ 2 cup chopped fresh basil
8 0unce package mozzarella pearls drained if needed
Dressing
1/2 cup light olive oil
2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
.Mix well and top all the ingredients with it ..........
add Balsamic glaze to the top of the salad refrigerate until serving ..If it seems like it needs more dressing at serving time add about a TBSP of olive oil
Also sometimes I add mini pepperonis to the salad.
This is a great salad to make to use some of your cherry tomatoes basil and spinach!
