Jolly July ornaments!

Good morning! 

I finally got all the Jolly July ornaments stitched up and finished ! 

Jolly Claus and Merry Mrs. Claus will be out in paper chart in October! 

Piper is so proud of her work as the new stylist for Stitching With The Housewives.. and at least now we don't have to be appalled when we see a dog hair on our stitching .. The stylist put it there ! LOL!

These are my set of ornaments and Chelsea's set of ornaments! 

I did my Gingham Greetings 2 truck in Rain shower and also did not stitch the Tennessee Red Clay in the house leaving the black fabric showing through . ( Chelsea's Idea) so that gives you another idea to stitch the truck!

Mine are stitched on 28 count black evenweave .. using all Classic Colorworks .. I finished them on sticky board and used the red buffalo check from our Priscilla's Pretty Plaids collection

Jolly July Ornaments

 Good morning! Aren't these the sweetest! These are our ornaments we designed for Jolly July .. stitched by Kimberly at Fat Quarter Shop and finished by me ! The charts are available here 

 I finished these just like the ones we showed you how to finish in our video ..click the arrow in the photo above

.. I did add little puffs of greenery and tiny pine cones  instead of the little wreaths 

I used our Henry Glass fabric "Priscilla's Pretty Plaids" the red buffalo check

Jolly July .. Jolly Claus

 Good morning!
We are so excited for Jolly July and our series of 4 ornaments .. the first is Jolly Claus ! He is available in our Etsy shop here ..

The sweetest Santa carrying his Jolly sign ! To finish him I mounted the stitching on sticky board with batting underneath .. I then added plaid fabric ( this is from our Christmas finishing bundle at Fat Quarter Shop ) to 2 sticky boards.. I added the black check ribbon tie behind one of the plaid boards and also Lori Holt vintage trim in cloud ..and then glued those 2 plaid fabric covered sticky boards together right sides out so the back is finished .

I added 2 different ribbon bows to the top and a little bottle brush wreath .. I also added flocked greenery  underneath the ribbon..He is a quick stitch so I can't wait to see your finishes!
