Fall Kitchen Hutch .. the New/Old Table

Happy Saturday! I showed you the other side of the kitchen here  

when my cabinet painter was here I asked him to paint my chairs.. black matte . I love them !  my son Hunter helped me recover the fabric seats . I used a grey ticking stripe ( Hobby Lobby)

I also painted the table the same color as the kitchen hutch .. Rustoleum Chiffon Cream.. 

Walls are Sherwin Williams Rainwashed

The hutch is full of Fall Rae Dunn and cross stitch 

The table has a square buffalo plaid table toper with a tray and a tiered tray on top .. Pumpkin Seeds..

Up on top of the hutch I have 2 lanterns .. a fall garland and a Fall sign from Hobby LObby ... I Love decorating this hutch seasonally!

I Painted The Craig's List Hutch!

 Happy Monday!
Remember my Craig's List hutch ?

I painted it! A couple weeks ago I painted it off white with Rustoleum Chalk Paint.. I left the top and back wood ..

 I bought new wrought iron looking knobs at Hobby Lobby ..

 I have it all decorated for Spring .. we are figuring out how to add lights to all the shelves.. I like it all lit up :)

 I planned on using dark wax to dirty it up .. but it made it too dirty .. so I used dark glaze and a small paint brush in all the cracks and detailed areas .. also on all the edges so it looks worn .., and vintage

 Don't you love this cake plate filled with baby ducks a nest and some flower picks ?

On the top I have some spring flowering branches ..some Lambs ear ..a vintage picnic hamper ,, an ironstone soup tureen and a lantern .. Seasons in Chalk art Spring hangs on the wall ..

The Coffee Table

Good morning!
Yesterday the family room coffee table got a transformation! My daughter had gotten a buffet from a thrift store and painted it this color ..Rust-oleum chalk paint tinted Lake Blue.. I loved it and thought it would be perfect for the coffee table.. A few months ago I had used the Linen white from
  Rust-oleum to paint it and after we got new furniture it was just too white ..
My old stitching chair which is now Chelsea's stitching chair :)

It started out this really dark brown ..and the top was pretty messed up ( kids let loose in the house )

I love it .. and it was even better because my daughter painted and dark waxed it for me ! We distressed the edges a little bit and she put a couple coats of the dark wax on...The other side of the table has a drawer that we either need to paint the knobs  , or get new knobs for ..they are silver. Isn't it great ! There is lots of grey in the furniture so the blue grey is a great accent ..
