February Truckin' Along

Happy Monday friends! 

I am so excited to share our new releases with you this week! This is the February Truckin' Along ! February is our 9th  in the Truckin' Along series! This year has just zipped by!

 It will be shipping to shops December 1st ..

February is all about roses in the Truckin' Along series! The mail is hanging from the clothesline 

There's a cute Mail box and of course chickens delivering the roses! Hope you love it as much as we do!

There will be 3 releases coming December 1st .. February Truckin .. Hello Winter .. and Floyd and Flurry ..A Sip of the Seasons .. lots of shops have preorders so if you love the designs get on a list :)

Truckin’ Along .. July

Good morning!

Our last new chart for May is the July Truckin Along!
These will be available the first week of May...

Lots of red white and blue .. daisies .. bunting and banners along with Calvin on the hood of the truck, and flowers loaded in the back ! 

  The chart includes both designs , for the topper and truck section ..I mounted both stitched pieces on sticky board .. for the truck I used 2 more sticky boards under the stitching , one in blue dot fabric  and the other red buffalo check fabric. The topper just has one more sticky board behind in the buffalo check fabric .. I added a bow from 2 different ribbons and a daisy on top. I used magnets and washers to easily change out the pieces monthly! 

All finishing fabrics and sticky board were found at Fat Quarter Shop.

Truckin’ Along

Happy Tuesday! 

The Stitching Housewives have some exciting news to share! 

This is June from our new series Truckin' Along !
These charts will be available starting in April ..one a month for a year !

 ..Each chart comes with the truck and the month designs . .

Each month  feature a vintage truck with seasonal goodies!

The June truck features lots of ripe strawberries .. a basket full of them and a couple chickens with their own strawberry..

The black frame is from Hobby Lobby

Bless Our Home Wreath

 Good morning!
This blue truck filled with daisies was the reason for starting the #pcblessourhome stitch a long from our You Tube channel .. I saw this truck online and knew I had to have it and stitch something to go with it!

 No ...Calvin isn't friendlier ..he just knows if he hangs around me I give him kitty treats :)

We used Classic Colorworks Eves Leaves for all the green .. barn door for all the red .. stepping stones roof and tree.. old blue jeans for house and flag and words

 This truck came from Big Lots .. I think I had been there one time in my life until I had to go and get Chelsea and I these trucks .. then we searched for a chart with daisies and Country Cottage Needleworks had this cute Bless Our Home Chart .. I added some yellow to my flowers and it's amazing!

 Of course the dog got stitched in Ronnie colors..I wired the truck to the wreath .. mounted the stitching on sticky board and mounted red gingham on sticky board ..made 2 bows with red, yellow and blue gingham ..and added some sprigs of daisies.. It will be perfect for summer to hang on the basement door in my kitchen!

 It is adorable and only took a week to stitch up!
