Chalkfull.. Liberty

Good morning!
Here is #7 in the Chalkfull series ...Liberty .. This is my chalkboard to cross stitch collaboration with Hands On Design..

You might have already seen Liberty because Chelsea and I used it for the Midwest Cross Stitch Retreat last May.. what fun that retreat was!

Each chart comes with the small and the jar ..

I finished mine on the enamel stand  and bucket from Hobby Lobby .. you can still find the stand but the buckets are not available at this time .. 

I stitched mine on 28 count black evenweave ..

Truckin' Along ..August

 Happy Tuesday!
This is the August Truckin' Along .. in our year of vintage trucks!
This will ship out the June 1st to shops!

Sunflowers and Bees are the theme this month and they are so bright and cheery! 

I used the frame from Hobby Lobby with washers and magnets to switch them out for each month .. I mounted the stitching on sticky board and then also mounted black buffalo check fabric to another sticky board . I glued both pieces together for both the truck portion and the month portion ..

 I made a bow for buffalo check ribbon .. added a small sunflower and a gingham covered button to the center .

Here are June.. July and August ..Hope you love them as much as we do!

Sip of the Seasons ...Ronnie and The Bees

Good morning!

 This is the new Sip of The Seasons .. Ronnie and the Bees .. this will be available in shops the first week of June .. Ronnie is my Jack Russell Terrier that loves to spend time in the garden ..Calvin is a little jealous :)

She is stitched on 28 count Monaco that I Rit dyed denim blue then coffee tea dyed . She is stitched in all Classic Colorworks floss .
 I mounted the stitching on sticky board and also mounted blue check fabric on sticky board . Glued those two pieces together then also glued them to a board that I stuck down in the fence box .greenery picks .. sunflowers and daisies were all stuffed in the box along with a black check bow .
 I found the little picket fence box at Michael's and painted it white .. I added a wood garden sign that was also from Michael's that I painted black .

 Ronnie is holding her Queen Bee mug with a bee skep inside .. her little dress with puff sleeves looks so cute with all the bees and flowers surrounding her!

Penelope and Peep was the first in the Sip Of The Seasons series with Sam and Liberty next

What's In My Cup ?

Home!

This is the 3rd of the Patriotic ..What's In My Cup available here in our Etsy shop ..

 Home is an adorable little house decorated in Patriotic style .. with of course it's 2 chickens in the yard .. and fireworks going off in the sky ..

 Home with Sam and Liberty 

USA .. Stars and Stripes and Home.. 

 I finished Home on one of the little pedestal stands from Walmart ..Pioneer Woman in the summer decor section . I mounted the stitching to sticky board .. Red buffalo plaid fabric was also mounted to sticky board , and the 2 pieces glued together . I added a bow from 2 different ribbons and topped the bow with a daisy to bring out the yellow ..

What’s In My Cup .. Stars and Stripes

Good morning! 

This is the newest What's in  my cup .. Stars and Stripes!

To finish Uncle Sam .. I mounted the stitching on sticky board and also 2 different check fabrics on sticky board .. I glued all 3 pieces together and then glued them on this black paddle from Lela Mae Designs on Facebook ..I added a bow of ticking stripe ribbon and a gingham check heart from Hobby Lobby.

He looks great with our Sam and Liberty

Rise and Shine!

Happy Thursday!
This is a little finish for last years Stitchmaynia!  This is from Rise and Shine Scissor Tail Designs .

I finished it in a little pedestal frame I found at Michael's a  few months ago .. I mounted the stitching on sticky board with a layer of batting underneath , I also mounted fabric to sticky board for the backing . I used magnets and washers to attach so I can switch the designs out for other seasons . I made a bow and added a covered button which I glued to the red backing fabric .

This was my 18th Sticthmaynia finish for 2019 . It is stitched on 28 count tea/coffee dyed monaco ..

I used Classic Colorworks floss in the colors , Blue corn .. Licorice Red ..Bamboo ..Black Coffee and Steamed Broccoli

What’s In My Cup .. USA

Good morning!
There's an Eagle stuffed in a cup!
Today starts the patriotic series of What's in my Cup!
The USA  chart is available in our Etsy shop here 
Today is May 1st .. the start of Stitchmaynia and this fun chart  would be a perfect start for one of your Maynia days!

Finishing .. The Pioneer Woman made us these cute little pedestals ( just kidding :) but they are perfect for the cups! ) They are available at Walmart in the summer section .

I mounted the stitching on sticky board and then mounted blue check fabric  on sticky board and red check fabric on sticky board . Glued both of those together and then glued the stitching on top . I then glued them to the little pedestal frame .. and added blue check fabric covered buttons inside the metal flowers that came on the frame .

Sam and Liberty are so excited for another eagle to join them!
