Christmas Cross Stitch

Good Sunday morning ! This year I tried to stitch all the remaining Prairie Schooler Santas .. I didn't finish all of them but I did get 13 of them done ! I finished all of them on a flat board , I used ribbons, buttons, ric rac, pom pom trim to finish them .
The worst part was the ironing to get all the wrinkles out ! Hopefully next year I will have them all finished ! On Instagram a bunch of us stitched Christmas on Sundays all year long and tagged our stitchery with #santasundayxs .. It was fun to see Christmas stitching all year long ! I still have 3 other Christmas ornamnets to finish that aren't Santas..
All the Prairie Schoolers go on my Santa tree..

I also finished another stocking this year .. These take so long to stitch since it is total stitches with no background showing through !
They are amazing when finished ! I have another stocking started , hope it gets finished for next year !

Thanks so much for stopping by ! I will be back to start showing you my trees this week ! Have a wonderful day ! I would love for you to follow me on Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest ..all the links are in the sidebar !

OMGoodness - Your Santa projects are beautiful! How awesome all the ornaments look on your tree, and the stocking(s) is gorgeous :) I can't believe how quickly Christmas is coming, right now I'm stitching some little Thanksgiving pilgrims and Indians, hopefully they'll be done for next week!

Love your stitching for Christmas. I love to stitch as well. I am most comfortable with cross stitch vs needlepoint but do both. Your finished projects look beautiful!

You have the patience of a saint. I sew a little and I did try cross stitch years ago. I was in my early twenties. I remember that I finished a small piece but didn't do any more. I admire ( greatly )the people that do it, and do it well like you do! :)

Thank you for sharing all your beautiful stitching projects. Wow! What an amazing amount of work. I'm a long time stitcher, but not very productive these days. I hope to pick back up this winter. Love all the Santa pieces. I'm going to forward this to a friend who has been stitching these.

So pretty!! Love the Santas!!
I will not have as many trees as i normally do because I just could not get it together after being in charge of our church's Craft Fair and being a vendor..... The upstairs will not be done nor the Den and I am so disapoointed but I realize that I need to quit now so I can enjoy the season and not make myself sick about it. At least the rooms that were remodeled in Spetember are decorated....

Hugs,
Deb
