In the Garden August 9

Happy Sunday !
Here is this weeks garden tour !

Last Sunday night we had really strong wind and a couple of tornado's in the area ..The only damage I had was a few of my sunflowers broke off. But most of them are still going strong ..the bees and the birds are loving them !

I love these red ones! They look almost brown in the sun.

Zinnias picked this morning ..
This mornings sunrise..
Zinnia land..
Petunias in a thrifted minnow bucket ,..zinnias, coneflowers, beebalm sunflowers..
Love this burnt orange and yellow sunflower
another sunrise from the front yard...
more zinnias..
They are huge!
the mailbox eyed susans, white and pink coneflowers..russian sage..
If you would like to see what I am up to everyday join me on Instagram and my Facebook page ! I do post on both almost everyday ..Links to my Facebook page , Instagram and Pinterest are in the sidebar .. Hope to see you there ! :)

There is just something about sunflowers that yells, "LOOK AT ME, I'M A HAPPY FLOWER!" They are too, in their yellow and bright cheerfulness. Lovey garden pics. Thanks for sharing.

You are a girl just like me - no garden would be complete without sunflowers and zinnias. They just scream Summertime! I am so glad that you didn't have any damage from the storms. Have a great gardening week-
