Buzzy String

 Good morning!
This is Lizzie Kate's Buzzy String stitched by Chelsea and finished by me ..

We used planks of barn wood from Hobby Lobby .. Chelsea's husband put two planks together and used small pieces of wood on the back to anchor them together.. He also made one for me and one for my youngest son's girlfriend since we all have Lizzie Kate Strings to stitch!
I mounted the stitching on sticky board and used sticky board for some Navy ticking for the back..a bow from burlap ...a covered button and some daisies and it all ready to display for summer ! The stitching part is 1-1/2 inches by 13 .... so tiny! I used magnets and metal washers to attach the stitching to the board so she can stitch the other strings she has.. and a magnet and washer for the covered button ..
This weeks You Tube video ..

Such a cute finish by Chelsea and finish/finish by you, Priscilla. Those long skinny ones are so cute, but I've never done one myself.

I think I need to wake up earlier then you to catch up on stitching. I know you are an early bird. Luv all you have done for cross stitching - been following you for a long time.
