A Summer Wreath

 Good morning !
I finished this stitched Prairie Schooler Summer piece into the grapevine wreath like I did with the spring version
I used sticky needlework board and red gingham for the bottom layer , then mounted the stitching on the sticky needlework board and hot glued the 2 pieces together. I hot glued a strip of burlap to the back to tie to the grapevine wreath..

Here is my progress on the Santa Stocking .. this one is a beast to stitch . But it will be so pretty when it's finished.  There is alot of backstitching to be added but I wait until the end.

I started to put out the red, white and blue.. the foyer is my first place to decorate.
I am stitching 3 different patriotic pieces ..this is the first .
there was such a pretty sunset the other night.. My garden still isn't planted .. too much rain and cold .Hoping for later today or tomorrow ! I do have alot of zinnias sprouting up everywhere though ! Have a great weekend !

That Prairie Schooler piece is to pretty! I haven't planted much this year either, but I hope to change that this weekend.
