While surfing the web today, I ran across your blog. Love your granny square blanket. I just got back into crocheting. This might be the perfect project for all the left over yarn I'm collecting.

Awww, granny squares always bring back memories of afghans draped over sofas at my Gramdma's house. I love the colors you've chosen for this blanket and am excited for you finish it.

I remember my g-mother used to sit and make these squares. I'm so ready to learn to make them myself. Beautiful colors. Love it! Can't wait to see it completed.

I love all those squares...I would do several coloured stripes of wool you have used within the squares :)

Very nice squares, how nice only 2 more to go. I think I'd make the border white for a couple of squares to pull them together, then pick 1 of your darker colors...the red perhaps for a scallop edge. White is the dominate color even though you have lots of color.

I love to crochet also. The colors are beautiful. I like a shell stitch on some of my afghans.
