5 cups flour
1-1/2 cups sugar
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup butter
4 eggs
2 cups milk
2 tsp vanilla
3 cups blueberries
Mix sugar and butter,add eggs, mix in all dry ingredients, add milk..gently stir in blueberries..line 2 bread pans with parchment paper..divide batter into the two pans...bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes clean..Cool in pan for 10 minutes..( do not thaw frozen blueberries before adding to batter)
