Football blanket is finished, and more "FALL" !

The ripple blanket for the college boy is finished! I made the football from this pattern .. and then hand sewed it around the edge and a line down the middle. I was going to put his initials on the football, and tried making a B last night and it didn't look like a B .. Unless I cut them out of felt.. and sew them on.

This is a coffee filter wreath I made last year , I hung it over our foyer mirror .. I made the decomesh garland above it ..

The decomesh garland has ribbon, burlap ribbon and lots of sunflowers , leaves and some berries..

Last winter on Pinterest there was a big plank of wood like the fall sign that said JOY .. I had to make that sign and this is the backside of it , that I painted the word FALL on.. Just did this this morning.

The porch is in desperate need of pumpkins, gourds and cornstalks..I watered all the mums this morning and thats whats all over the cement.

Its hard to get decent photos in the foyer , but here is a little closer up shot of the decomesh garland..
Thanks for reading, and all your nice comments ! !

Oh my gosh Priscilla, the blanket for your son is awesome! He will love it. I made a quilt for my son when he was about 14 or so, and he still totes that with him when he moves from place to place.
Love all of you Fall decor. Mine is coming out. Slowly, but surely.
XO Kris

Love the fall porch...can't wait to decorate mine. We are in TX and it's still so hot here so it doesn't even feel close to fall.

I'm following you now on GFC and am here from Katherline's blog hop.

Hope you'll stop and follow me too.
