Freedom Delivery .. Holidays With The Housewives

Good morning!

Freedom Delivery is a new ornament for our Holidays with the Housewives series!  It's available here in our Etsy shop ..

The cutest patriotic  Santa and reindeer are stitched on 28 count black evenweave with all Classic Colorworks ..I finished it with Priscilla's Pretty Plaids .. and Chelsea's Checks for the covered button .. I wrapped a piece of patriotic twill tape to the bottom.. topped that with Lori Holt vintage trim and a Santa and Reindeer buttons from Hobby Lobby .. The cookie cutter star button is also from Hobby Lobby..I added Lori Holt smaller vintage trim around the sides of the ornament.

Let It Snow and Deck The Halls!

Good morning! 

We are so excited to share 2 new What's In My Cup designs!  

First continuing with our "Holidays with The Housewives" is "Deck The Halls".. The chickens are doing the decorating  this year! Our New "Snowed in with the Housewives" series  we have "Let it Snow" ! Both are available here in our Etsy shop .. and thank goodness Etsy worked today! 

The little house frame is from Michael's .. I added the black and white Priscilla's Pretty Plaids to sticky board and glued it in the back of the wood house piece .I then mounted the stitching to sticky board with a layer of batting underneath and then glued that to the fabric covered sticky board   The little trees and wreath came on the piece .. I just added a check ribbon to the top of the wreath ... so simple but so cute! The house item # is on  the chart .

Look at those festive chickens! 

Now to our Snowed in With the Housewives.. Let it Snow is the first of the cups featuring Winter! Our sweet snowman is all ready to shovel  with the snow falling around him ! He's got his warm scarf and a checkered shirt to keep him warm! 

I finished this on the Hot Cocoa tin from Michaels.. I also used the black Priscilla's Pretty Plaids for the backing .. On top of the tin I made 2 bows .. added a Let It Snow tag from Walmart and a little snowy pinecone .. Flocked picks and greenery picks were glued under the bow ..

Both designs were stitched on black 28 count evenweave with all Classic Colorworks floss ..

She was stitched on 28 count black evenweave with all Classic Colorworks .. I finished her with our Priscilla's Pretty Plaids fabrics .. another Merry tag from Walmart with a little gingerbread glued on the tag ..

Mrs. Claus Cookies

Good morning! 

Holidays With The Housewives continues with Mrs. Claus Cookies ornament! You can find this sweetness here in our Etsy shop! 

Gingerbread cookies and Sugar cookies .. Christmas in Mrs. Claus kitchen!

Mrs. Claus Cookies was stitched on 28 count Rit dyed Monaco with all Classic Colorworks floss. I used the same finishing as our Jolly July ornaments and that tutorial is below.. 

Surprise! 

If  you count the ornaments .. there are 5.. you get the Sweet Cup as a little gift  from us for stitching our ornaments!

Sweet Cup is stitched on 28 count Monaco .. Rit Dyed with aquamarine and then very lightly  tea /coffee dyed

Sweet Delivery.. Holidays With The Housewives

Good morning! This is Sweet Delivery .. the 3rd in the Holidays With The Housewives ornament series! you can find it here in our Etsy shop 

The gingerbread truck features a cute little gingerbread .. with a sweet cottage in the back of the truck and candy sweets floating around the truck! 

 

Sweet Delivery was stitched on 28 count Monco Evenweave .. Rit dyed with aquamarine .. all Classic Colorworks floss was used .. I finished the ornament the same way as our ornament finishing tutorial ..
