This is Home Sweet Haunted Home by Fairy Wool In the Wood which was in this years Halloween special edition of Just Cross Stitch Magazine ..

I found this little tobacco basket at Walmart ,, I added a piece of sticky board covered in orange plaid to fill the bottom .. then mounted the piece on sticky board with 2 layers of batting ...Pip Berries with candy corn .. a plaid Halloween bow and a wooden ghost top it off .. I have to stitch this one myself .. it is just the cutest!
