Happy Monday!
I finished up the small chart from the Prairie Schooler Witches go Riding chart last week and got it ready to display today!
I used a thrift store frame painted with black chalkboard paint.. I used a black homespun check on the bias for the back I just glued the fabric onto the glass and cardboard that were in the frame :) I mounted the stitching on sticky board and then hot glued to the homespun mat. I made a bow from a smaller check homespun and knotted the ends to wrap around the frame. I covered a big button in orange and black homespun

That is so delightful!! I love your finishing work. Is it difficult to cover buttons? That certainly adds an adorable touch to lovely cross stitch patterns!
All I can say is "LOVE IT"!!!!
The piece has an old timey Halloween look to it, really cute!

You always do such amazing things!
I just love this latest one, Priscilla, with the homespun bow and twisted ribbons! It looks great!
I just love how these are framed. They are beautiful. Would it be possible to show step by step instructions ( with pictures) on how to do this? TFS ♥ judy
