My Patriotic Parade

Since July 4th is next week ,I thought I would do a little patriotic recap.. Here we go !

I am going to start with my favorite patriotic project ..the two stamped table runners I made. The top one is on my sister -in-laws table in Connecticut .  I made hers a lot bigger than mine because she has a wonderful HUGE farmhouse table . You can see my table runner post here .

My next favorite is the flag pillow redo ! I just love how this turned out . I redid the decomesh wreath and the flag pillow in this post . The decomesh flag wreath is the most popular post on my blog!
Next my daughter and I made these painted mason jars we saw on Pinterest . Here is the link to the jar post , and a link to the pinterest pin.
They turned out so super cute ! I am going to hate having to put them away !
I made this banner for my outdoor bike planter out of felt. you can read about it here ..

We made this trifle for Memorial Day , but I am sure we will be making one for the 4th of July .. It was easy and so cute ! The directions are here ..

And last but not least :) I finished up this patriotic stitching.  Its by Little House Needleworks.  I bought the frame at the Goodwill store for 99cents. It has a small mirror in the middle. I painted the frame an off white color and left some of the dark brown showing through. I mounted the stitching on mounting board and glued it to the frame. (Hot glue). I added a red gingham bow, a twine flower ( I made 2 bundles of 2 loops each and glued them together) then painted a little wood star navy and glued that on. Love how it came out ! It is sitting on my hall entry table , It needs a little easel.
I will end this post with some photos of my front porch decorated for our patriotic season !
Thanks so much for visiting and commenting ! Hope you have a great weekend !

So many cute ideas in your decor. I love patriotic themes. Your trifle is so unique--I've never seen one using star cut outs of cake. Great idea.
Have a blessed 4th.
