Good morning!
This is Spring Tulips from the Spring Punch Needle and Primitive Stitcher magazine .. This one is stitched by Kimberly at Fat Quarter shop and finished by me :)

With all that is going on .. no stores open I had to shop my basement for this finish .. This is a photo frame 8 x 10 size .. I used an 8 x 10 sticky board for the back ..covered in chicken wire fabric that I just stuck in the back like you would a photo . I then mounted red check gingham on sticky board and centered that in the frame and glued down . I mounted the stitching on sticky board with a layer of batting and glued that on top of the gingham piece . Both of these fabrics are in our finishing bundles available at The Fat Quarter shop .. A bow of tan check ribbon and a covered button of the gingham

This is Farmhouse .. the first in a series of 4 farmhouse style mugs! You can find this cutie in our etsy shop here
We did the 3 mugs for Spring .. and now it's time for some everyday farmhouse styles !
To finish her off I used a pink paddle ( the perfect shade of piggy ) :)from Lela Mae Designs on Facebook ..they are actually having their sale today .. so if you follow them you can jump on their page and order one !
I mounted the stitching on sticky board with a layer of batting .. and also mounted black gingham fabric on sticky board. I glued the 2 pieces together and then glued them to the paddle ..I made a bow from 2 different ribbons and added 2 small sunflowers .. so simple and cute!

Good morning! This is Hip Hop Chalkfull .. stitched by Kimberly at Fat Quarter Shopand finished by me ..This is my chalkboard to cross stitch collaboration with Hands on Design ..
I found the frame at Hobby Lobby .. it had a clipboard on top that I removed .. I mounted the stitching on sticky board with batting underneath .. I also mounted aqua checks on sticky board and glued the 2 pieces together .. I added a bow with bunnies on it .. and a bunch of carrots on top ..

I am so excited to introduce you to Penelope and Peep.. the newest chart from Chelsea and I !

Ronnie and Piper love the new bunny ! Penelope got a couple of other peeps to join her in the cross stitch version ..
I stitched it on 28 count Monaco that I Rit dyed blue then coffee /tea dyed ..She would look good on any color of fabric just so it is dark enough for the white stitches to show up! The frame info is on the back of the chart .. To finish the piece I mounted it on sticky board with a layer of batting underneath ..
Then added 2 fabric covered sticky board layers of Lori Holt's gingham prints..the orange and the blue then glued the 3 pieces together .. I then added a gingham bow with a carrot in the center .. This carrot is from Dollar tree ..
Love this chart .. and I am so excited that you get to stitch my chalkboard that's hanging in my kitchen right now!
I used all Classic Colorworks to stitch her..The blue color is Morning Glory .. it is so pretty! a DMC conversion is also included on the chart ..and the chart is in color for easy stitching! Here is our video on how to dye your fabric

A little bit of Spring has jumped into the Mason Jar Chalkboard!
Bunnies .. chicks and tulips .. are all in the jar .. This frame is very vintage and the chalkboard gets changed pout with all the seasons and holidays!
This chalkboard hangs above the vintage buffet in my family room ..
On the buffet is an oval galvanized tiered tray filled with lots of Spring! Cabbages.. carrots .. nests .. eggs .. moss bunnies and a Rae Dunn tray .. On top is a bunny fromPrairie Schooler ..
