Welcome Spring!

Happy Saturday! 

This is Welcome Spring from With Thy Needle and Thread .. I started it last Spring and finally finished it up yesterday..

I mounted the stitching on sticky needlework board and also mounted blue homespun plaid onto sticky board .. I glued the 2 pieces together and added washers to the back to attach to the magnets already on the tray ..

I mounted it in the same thrift store tray I used for Snow for Christmas

I changed up the colors to all Classic Colorworks flosses .. I used Tea and biscuits( sheep) , Hickory Sticks(Cart wheels) , Black Coffee( sheep feet, eyes and bees, Queen Bee( cart) , Ye Old Gold( beak and bird legs), Used Brick( flowers) ,Pea Pod( leaves), Autumn Spice( bird belly), Rain Shower(eggs), Straw hat ( bird , face and sheep legs , spots inside eggs)
