February is Finished !

Good Morning ! It's Friday and its not snowing ! WOOhoo !It will be tomorrow though !
I finished stitching the February wordplay last night from With Thy Needle and Thread.. and I finished it this morning like I did the October word play.
I used burlap for the backing of this one ..

and also for the bow. I use pipe cleaners to secure the bow to the handle of the tray. I also added two burlap hearts with some bakers twine bows. I bought this burlap at Michaels last year it is laminated so it doesn't ravel !  Just a little bit of heart doodles in chalk to the top..

Now its on to March !
I would love for you to follow me on Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest ..all the links are in the sidebar !
Have a great day !Thanks so much for stopping by ! I love your visits and nice comments !

  8. Really great finish, Priscilla! I just finished stitching February, too, but did it over one so it would fit into my February bowl. I love the way you're finishing this series...

  13. I love it, cross stitch is such a lovely, traditional art. I'd love it if you'd join my History & Home link party, starts each Tuesday at 5am Eastern, runs through Friday. Take care! -Dawn @ We Call It Junkin.com

  14. Wow Priscilla, I love, love this darling Valentine sampler!! It's just perfect for the month of February. I used to love to cross stitch, but I got out of the habit when our son was growing up. I really need to get back to it; it is such a wonderful art form! :)

Thank you for sharing this. Visiting from Inspire Me Tuesday -- have a wonderful week!
