Christmas in the Foyer

It's Christmas in the foyer ! I have this little table by the front door.. I have a little snow scene in a mason jar, a chalkboard from a thrift store frame and one of my Dept.56 Santas..

The owl tree sits on the stairs, with a subway art sign.. The stair garland is flocked greenery , snowflakes and some white floral picks from an estate sale. I used 3 big burlap bows, and wove some burlap ribbon through it also.

The view from the living room ..
I got this Santa at an Estate sale for $ 8.00 ..he has a $225.00 price tag on him.. He is handmade and fabulous !
I got these little glitter houses last year at Joann Fabrics, they are ornaments .. wish they ahd more this year! I have them on a silver tray with snow, and bottle brush trees, and a little chalkboard made from a wood piece from Michaels..
The coffee filter wreath hangs above the mirror with burlap and a platinum colored sparkly bow. The snowflake is from The Dollar Tree..

Under the table I have a vintage tool box filled with greens and 3 huge ornaments.. I painted the sign , using my Cricut ..I cut out letters and traced around them , then painted and glittered them. Its on one of the old shelves to my craft show displays.. Those boards toured the country so its fun to use them now in our decorating!

When you walk in our front door this is what you see.. the living room is opened up since we removed the wall this year.. Below is last year , with the wall still there with the mirror on it. It makes the house seem so much bigger.. The doorway to the kitchen was also widened so that makes a big difference too..
This is the view of the living room from the front door.. The real tree is massive.. :)We  Couldn't have found a better one !

Thanks so much for all your visits and comments and taking a tour of my foyer !
