The January Squaredance from Heart In Hand is finished!
This took one evening to finish ..they are small so easy to accomplish ..
I switched up the floss colors.. and used Classic Colorworks Ribbon Red ..Black Coffee.. Bamboo and Rainshower .I stitched it on light grey 28 count evenweave that I coffee tea dyed ..

This is my 4th finish in the series .. and so far they are all fitting in the buffalo check canister (Hobby Lobby last year) I mounted the stitching on sticky board with 2 layers of batting .. then mounted the stitching to a buffalo check covered sticky board that I leave a lot of room at the top so I can add bow and other decoration...I used buffalo check ribbon for the bow .. a covered button and some flocked greenery ..magnets attach it to the metal canister ..

So cute and I really appreciate you telling us how long a project it is although I doubt I stitch as fast as you but it still helps. I'll have to look into those 'square dance' patterns. YOu really know how to dress them up too. I have the same little snowman that you have in that cage! Have a great day!
