Away We Go

Happy Sunday! 

This is Away We Go by Country Cottage Needleworks .. stitched by Kimberly at Fat Quarter shop  and finished by me ..

I found the wood piece at Hobby Lobby and you can see the sides are buffalo plaid .. I mounted the stitching on sticky board .. mounted red gingham to sticky board glued those 2 pieces together ... and then glued to the board .

I cut a small flocked wreath in half and then cut that into 2 pieces for the greenery .

I made the bow with 2 different ribbons .. ticking stripe and buffalo plaid .. I added a glittery snowflake and a wooden reindeer that I painted with chalkboard paint .. I love how tit turned out and will have to recreate this for myself!
