This is the only tree in the kitchen .. it is a white pencil 6 foot tree I found at Target a couple years ago ..
It is filled with chalkboard stitched ( Hands on Design)and drawn ornaments
candy cane ornaments ..Love the chenille candy canes!and lots of red and white and black and white ribbons ,, in photos the tree looks better unlit ..so that is why most of the photos the lights of the tree are off..
The tree sits right beside the kitchen hutch and I have it up on a wood crate .. The kitchen hutch is full of vintage Santa mugs filled with greenery and bottle brush trees..and lots of Rae Dunn ..The wreath is Prairie Schooler Seasons winter ..
I added real Fraser fir greenery to the Rae Dunn mixing bowls ..
I kept the first rag garland our friend Rich sent us up and then added greenery ..white lights and a diy pom pom garland ..A Christmas cow from Hobby Lobby is attached to the vintage picnic basket .. cow creamers are up on top of the basket ..chickens ..one in a vintage galvanized bucket with a wreath around her neck ..line the top of the cabinet .. this hutch was oak at one time and I couldn't even give it away ..but a little chalk paint and its amazing!
and there is Calvin in one of his new favorite spots ..
I still have 2 of the chalkboard ornaments left to stitch from the series .. hopefully next year!
I love this tree .. I love all my trees ..who am I kidding :) and here is the tree with the lights on ..
Thanks so much for your visit!
