It's Tuesday!
Two more days until Thanksgiving!
Today I was at the Goodwill and found this frame for $1.99 .. I brought it home and drybrushed it with cream paint..
I used sticky needlework board to mount the stitching and another piece for the black gingham on the bias.. I then hot glued them together and glued them to the front of the frame..

I added some flocked greenery in the corner and 3 vintage tiny glass ornaments..
I haven't decided where exactly it will go but I love the way it finished up ..especially for $1.99 !

Beautifully stitched and finished!
ReplyDeleteAw, that is a sweet finish for you stitches...So fits in with your decor. Thanks for reminding me, I picked up an old framed, Gramma Moses, Christmas Fabric in a large frame (UGLY frame) and I think I will just do this, to it. Thanks for the idea, Sandi
