Good morning!
Last week I finished Autumn from Country Cottage Needleworks ( only the top portion) and this morning I finished it up.. I did change the red to Gast schoolhouse red.. the house to Gast summer meadow and the Classic Colorworks bean sprout for all the green..it's stitched on 28 count tea/coffee dyed Monaco evenweave.
I used a plaid homespun on the bias and another plaid for the covered buttons..to mount it on.. Both pieces are mounted on sticky needlework board and then glued together. The frame is from Michael's and it has a clip so that is how it's attached to the frame..
If you would like to see what I am up to everyday join me on Instagram and my Facebook page ! I do post on both almost everyday ..Links to my Facebook page , Instagram and Pinterest are in the sidebar .. Hope to see you there ! :)

You are so clever - love that you stitched only the top part! That's my favorite. I stitched the Summer pattern and have never found the appropriate way to finish it. Maybe I should fold it in half :). Your sweater pumpkins are adorable too. Love all of your autumnal displays!
ReplyDeletei am doing that pattern right now! I love how you finished it. And all those sweater pumpkins - I need to get some of those:)
