Pumpkin Picking 2015

Good Morning!
We finally got to go pumpkin picking on Wednesday this week..We were supposed to go last Saturday but there was too much rain the night before so they didn't open the patch ..

This is my daughters car with her pumpkins :)
I only ended up getting 87 pumpkins this year ! But it is enough ! Lots of white and blue and the peachy pink ones ..

We have them as always lining the front flower beds ..on the porch and in the vintage wheel barrow..

and why couldn't that red grass pick itself up and look pretty for my pictures ! LOL!

Can I tell you how much I love pumpkin picking day ! We are off to the airport to go see our #91 play football at Penn State ..so excited!
If you would like to see what I am up to everyday join me on Instagram and my Facebook page ! I do post on both almost everyday ..Links to my Facebook page , Instagram and Pinterest are in the sidebar .. Hope to see you there ! :)

Thanks so much for all your visits and sweet comments !

  3. Just 87??!! And I think when I get my yearly 3 quota pumpkins a year, I'm just being frivolous! I love all of the variety of pumpkins, but my favorite is still the original orange one. Your home looks amazing!!!

  5. Oh my! So many pumpkins - love it!! What do you do with them after harvest season? Take them to the zoo to feed the hippopotamus?

  6. That's a bit crazy...in a good way, lol. I'm trying to keep my selections to what I grow-(puny this year) and I did buy one. But I can go buy six or so now, and point to your post and say ---see...I'm being reasonable, LOL. Great job...and just think of all the squash soup, pies, pumpkin butter, muffins etc. you can make.

  7. Only 87 pumpkins?! Sounds like a lot to me, but I'm not as creative as you are, Priscilla. They look great lining your flower beds.

Enjoy the rest of the week.
