Winter In The Kitchen 2015

 Happy Wednesday !
Come on in and see the kitchen decorated for winter !
This big thrift store basket held a Santa for Christmas and I switched him out for this cute snowman ..I added a big winter pick I got at Michaels last week on super clearance..I also added the little owl salt and pepper shakers .They are from BHG at Walmart .
I love decorating the chalk painted hutch for the seasons.. The roosters stay on top all year round. I just wrote Winter on the silver tray painted with chalkboard paint. The garlands from Christmas stayed up with the white lights.
Inside there are roosters and cow creamers. A silver tray , bottle brush trees , pinecones and snowman plates I found thrifting last year .

On the shelf is a vintage scale with a cute thrift store snowman mug , ice skate ornament , mason jars and bottle brush trees.

I took some of my roosters and put them in this wrought iron 2 tier tray with mason jars , flocked greenery ,bottle brush trees, and burlap ribbons. Love this little winter scene by my sink..
These roosters are from a flea market last summer .. they are my favorites !
On the table is the galvanized centerpiece..and the winter subway art table runner

The shelf holds some more winter thrift store plates, mason jars, bottle brush trees and a picket fence snowman sign.
Another vintage scale with a snowman cookie jar , greenery and pinecones sit on this upside down wicker tray. A pedestal bowl holds more greenery and cross stitched ornament. Love the white chicken with his wreath around his neck.
Of course my favorite seasonal decoration is the big chalkboard..

I love all the winter photos with the blue hour outside .. It just makes it look so wintery !

Thanks so much for your visit !  I Hope you have a wonderful day !

  9. I'm delighted to see all your winter decor!! I put away Christmas but always leave winter out to keep my home cozy. Everyone always comments that I still have Christmas out. We then have a discussion about Christmas verus winter decor. Love your blog.
