The bobble baby blanket is finished ! This is the pattern I used.....http://www.mooglyblog.com/2011/09/21/free-pattern-blackberry-salad-striped-baby-blanket/ I did the bobble edging http://heidibearscreative.blogspot.com/2012/01/crocheted-bobble-edging-tutorial.html from this blog...I bought the owl hat pattern on etsy..so many cute hats to put on baby just for photos !

ReplyDeleteShamelessly, I have copied your blanket. While it's the ultimate form of a compliment...I still feel a little guilty! I really DID love the colors you used! My neighbor's daughter is having a little boy and all the blankets I've made have girlie colors in them. I absolutely ADORE the colors you used. (I know I told you that before, but I'm just reiterating it here.) I started it yesterday afternoon and made great headway until I looked at it late last night and realized that the last six rows had bobbles that didn't line up properly! Arrrrrgggggh! RIP! RIP! and rip some more. I'm hoping to make some more headway tonight in front of the TV. And I'm loving that little blue hat you got! How adorable is that???? Hugs, Annette
