Christmas living room 2011

My Christmas living room...Santa tree, has alot of Prairie Schooler counted cross stitch santa ornaments.

The victorian tree, has alot of pearl and gold ornaments and garlands silk magnolias , lace and tulle.

One of my favorite Dept. 56 santas. This was given to me by my sister in law Doreen . Hi Doreen, if you are reading  !

The ice skate tree. covered in ice skate ornaments , silver branch like garland that wraps around the tree, silver and blue beads..white and blue lights. Around the bottom of the tree are different ice skates, including mine !

The only real tree in the house, an 8 ft. frasier fir..Love the smell of a real tree..Its alot bigger in person than in the picture. I wrapped red decomesh around and made the topper from decomesh and red and gold sparkle ribbon. This tree has all the family ornaments on it.Its tied to the wall so it won't fall over.Last year the our tree was also tied to the wall but it was so big it fell over 4 times ! Hope not to have any issues this year !

Santa collection on top of curio cabinet.
From the hall looking into living room.

Some of the ice skate ornaments..

Thanks for looking..I will post the rest of my rooms soon !

  16. All of your trees are beautiful. Especially love the ice skate one. I hang ice skates from a garland over my french doors. Spied one of yours that I have. I also have the glittery skates that were on your stool. Sure hope your tree doesn't fall over this year. That happened to one of my sisters the first year she was married. My mom had given her a bunch of her old blown glass ornaments and tons of them broke. :( Now a new follower.
