Quite Simply Halloween

Good morning!
This is Halloween -Tout Simplement ( Quite Simply Halloween ) from Jardin Prive .. Chelsea stitched this on 28 count Monaco we dyed with grey Rit dye ..
I finished it by mounting on sticky board.. mounting Halloween stripe fabric on sticky board and adding some purple chenille from Lady Dot Creates ..it was then put on two boards that had been fastened together with small pieces of wood in the back .

***Please remember if you copy my finishing ideas that you be considerate and give a link to my blog or facebook page..****
I added Jack O Lantern Ribbon for the bow .. and placed that on top of some buffalo check ribbon I had glued to the wood.. I added a rusty Jack O Lantern jingle bell and a JAck O Lantern pin ..This stitched up so cute I had to order it for myself!

Thanks for stopping by!

Hi Priscilla,
I have some coffee tea dyed Aida I’m not happy with. Thought I’d dye it gray instead. Should I remove the coffee tea dye first, or could I dye right over it?
Thanks!
And I love Chelsea’s Halloween stitch! Very cute pattern. As always, you’ve finished it fabulously too❤️
