If You Have A Lot of Zucchini..

If you have a lot of zucchini you need to make this zucchini casserole..I don't know why we call it that because I usually just make it on the stove top ? :) but click HERE for the recipe 
 
It is amazing and you will Love it! My zucchini is not ready yet but Chelsea has had enough that we have made this 3 times .. My garden right now is producing cucumbers like crazy!

 Baby Cash is 2 weeks old!

 and I started a punch needle project ( finally ) it is fun and easy! look at that cute cow face.. looks kind of like Ronnie :) and lastly look at the sunrise this morning.. all pretty in pink!

I have used a similar recipe for many years. The difference is added browned ground Italian sausage, eggs and crackers. It is done in the oven after cooking the zucchini until soft on the stove top. Yours seems easier And it wouldn't make the kitchen as hot since no oven is involved!

Thanks for sharing the recipe! Baby Cash is so cute. Hope Chelsea is getting some sleep! That was the only part of having a small baby that I found difficult!
