Chelsea's Stars and Stripes

 Happy Saturday!
This is Chelsea's version of Stars and Stripes from Little house Needleworks ..stitched on light grey tea/ coffee dyed 28 count monaco..
she left off the border and changed the word color to blue ..it is stitched in all DMC called for colors ..I mounted it on sticky board and used a decorative block I found on clearance for less than $2.00 ..I added gathered homespun and a bow at the top with a covered button ..
I stitched this design years ago and it is stitched on aida.. I love her changes and almost want to stitch it again!
****Please remember if you copy my finishing ideas that you be considerate and give a link to my blog or facebook page..****

Just started following your flosstubes- you are so much fun to watch. I am going to go back and watch them from the beginning but was wondering if you ever did a tutorial about how to create a finish on the magnetic board you talk about and if you just glue magnets to the backs of your finishes to attach them?

Hi, Priscilla and Chelsea!

I'm relatively new to your blog and FlossTube channel. Really enjoying both. Your finishes are always so cute and creative. Maybe you have already and I just haven't found them, but I would love, love, love if you would post simple tutorials on how you do your bows and finishes. I'm pretty creatively challenged when it comes to that!

Have a great week!

Love this, Priscilla! That is funny as I have a few ornaments stitched on Aida from "back in the day" that I want to re-stitch, too. Will I? Probably not--too many new cute designs are coming out each year :)

Love all the Fourth of July stitching! I️ still can’t comment on you tube after the videos but we enjoyed the floss tube video today! I️ don’t know if this will count but favorite Halloween stitching is Halloween Rules by Lizzie Kate!
