Fresh from The Farm

Good morning friends!
Another wreath got made yesterday and look at how wonderful it is! This is my daughters stitching of Farm Fresh  from Country Cottage Needleworks.. stitched on 28 count tea/coffee dyed evenweave .
so.. my daughter had the fresh produce sign..I hot glued that to the wreath , Then I mounted the stitching on sticky needlework board , and mounted some homespun black and tan check to another piece of sticky board and glued them together. I attached it to the back of the sign with a strip of fabric , and then needed something more secure so I used the sticks you put into cake pops to hold both pieces together. Use what you have ...right ? :)
I used burlap wired ribbon, pieces of ripped homespun , some greenery, sunflowers and the green thistle branches to make the bow .. This is going to hang in her kitchen ..originally we were just going to hang the stitching from the sign but I think the wreath looks amazing and will be a really beautiful addition to her kitchen.. Thanks so much for your visit,,, we are off to the Wisconsin State Fair today ...hope the rain  holds off for us!
If you would  like to see what I am up to everyday join me on Instagram and my Facebook page ! I do post on both almost everyday ..Links to my Facebook page , Instagram and Pinterest are in the sidebar .. Hope to see you there ! :)
