June is Finally Finished!

Good morning!
I F-I-N-A-L-L-Y  finished June from the Prairie Schooler .. This one seemed to take me forever! It really didn't but that's my excuse ! Lol! This was one of my Stitchmaynia starts ..This is the 4th finish of the 15 starts.. It is stitched on 28 count evenweave Monaco that has been coffee and tea dyed..
Some of the flowers were charted to be stitched in a lavender floss and I stitched them and ripped them out and used one of the pinks..I am just not a lavender person. I think it is adorable .. and I am so happy that July is already finished since I stitched it years ago!
I used the same pedestal frame from Michael's ..and on the back of the stitching is a piece of sheet metal and on the frame is a magnet for me to change them out every month.
You can see March , April and May by clicking on them ..It is displayed on the chest in the foyer with Country Cottage Needleworks June cottage..
If you would like to see what I am up to everyday join me on Instagram and my Facebook page ! I do post on both almost everyday ..Links to my Facebook page , Instagram and Pinterest are in the sidebar .. Hope to see you there ! :)

Thanks so much for all your visits and sweet comments !

I am just loving the Prairie Schooler designs. I finished July and need to frame it (I might steal your idea :)). Next to Halloween and Christmas, patriotic stitching is just the best!!

Adding different colors in the design is making it your own for your home. Love Prairie Schooler designs! Kathleen in Az

June is very pretty. Although I am a lavender person, I do like the pink changes that you made.

Your projects look great and as usual, I love the way you display them.

Way to go on getting June finished! Did you coffee/tea dye the Monaco?

Oh, I love your June PS finish, Priscilla! Another one to add to my "must-stitch" list! They are so deceiving when you start stitching them--it always looks like a quick stitch, but seems to take forever...

Lovely. That's a lot of work and detail. Sadly I've never down cross stitch. I was always busy making quilts. Did you see the post on my Patriotic quilt this week? If I'm not already following the other places I'll follow now. I'm signed up for your emails so I get notice of all your posts! I hope you'll come over and visit me. I have a great DVD giveaway going on right now. Come over and check it out!
