Halloween /Fall house tour

Heres a little tour of our home for Halloween , Our front porch decoated with decomesh and alot of pumpkins !

I made the Fall sign from one of my old craft show display shelves

74 pumpkins on display in our front yard..

Our foyer with leaves and berry garlands on the stairs ,and a coffee filter wreath hanging from the mirror.

The kitchen with a few Halloween displays , and the subway art table runner I made, on the kitchen table

The sweater pumpkins I made from sweaters from the Good Will store

Our family room with the mantel decorated for Halloween.

Fabric ghost ( I made) on a ceramic cake plate

Fall subway art IU made from another one of the display shelves , Prairie schooler cross stitch ( withches go riding) and more sweater pumpkins

I have been working on this cross stitch project ..pumpkin cottage from country cottage needleworks..Just the borders to finish. Hope to finish it and frame before the Christmas stuff comes out ! :)

Ive also been working on this granny square blanket using scraps.. Just 3 rounds and a join together as you go

Our visit to Kentucky was great ..enjoyed seeing our boy.. was so hard to leave him again. He is very homesick !

This is his roomate and we went to dinner with  his family, was nice to meet them.

We went to the game on Saturday , then left for the 6-1/2 hour drive home.We had to get more UK gear  for the fans back home!
I did get to stop on the way down and the way back at a Christmas tree shop.. we don't have them up here ,so I was so excited to get to go.  We stopped on the way back to get a metal yard snowman that I hadn't gotten the first visit ! Wish we had one closer to home ! Thanks for visiting my blog and all your nice comments !

Sorry to hear your son is homesick. That is a tough adjustment! He is so cute! And shhhh, don't tell anyone, but he sure does look like my high school flame!!!! Hot Pants Lance Romance was his name!!

Love, love, love your pumpkin edging in the garden! I am smitten by your granny squares. I am still learning how to crochet them. And ... if I were a young college student once again I would have a crush on your son. What a cutie! I am your newest follower. Stop by my cottage sometime and show me how to make granny squares.

Hugs,
Susan and Bentley
